Timeline
How discipline became direction.
Built early discipline, confidence and consistency through school swimming and Chelmsford City Swimming Club.
Developed control, confidence and practical problem-solving through riding progression and bike setup.
Built a consistent approach to progression, leading to a 130kg bench press achieved in May 2026 at age 17.
Gained formal training in water safety, rescue response and responsibility in public environments.
Studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry to build a strong base in analytical and applied problem-solving.
Leading planning, timelines, sponsorship organisation and team coordination for a STEM Racing project.
Creating websites and digital tools to present work clearly, organise information and develop technical skills.
Exploring pathways across mathematics, finance, actuarial science, technology and engineering.

Featured project
Project Manager · STEM Racing 2027
Leading planning, timelines, sponsorship organisation and team coordination for a Year 12 STEM Racing team. The project combines engineering, branding, business development, communication and competitive problem-solving.
ARETE PreviewDesigning and building a personal website to present academic, professional and personal development in a clear digital format.
Helping develop the digital identity, website structure and presentation style for ARETE Dynamics.
Building small tools and experiments using coding to solve problems, automate tasks and develop technical confidence.
Upgrading and refining a YT Jeffsy with performance-focused component choices and setup decisions.
Supporting ARETE Dynamics through sponsorship planning, outreach structure and professional presentation.
Creating design assets, team visuals and clothing concepts to support a more professional project identity.
Study
Mathematics, science and applied problem-solving.
My interests sit around mathematics, applied problem-solving and decision-making, with possible future routes including maths, actuarial science, finance, technology and engineering.
Maths is my strongest academic area, especially problems that require strategy, modelling and deeper thinking rather than simply applying a memorised method.
Built a Python program in Year 10 to search for the best possible solution to a “Government Game” optimisation challenge set by a teacher.
Responsibility
Responsibility, communication and real-world confidence.
Court Marshal, Party Host and General Assistant
Customer-facing role combining safety supervision, rule enforcement, party organisation and communication with families.
As a Court Marshal, I supervise activity areas, enforce safety rules and help maintain a controlled environment for customers. As a Party Host, I organise customer parties by checking guests in, showing them to their room, coordinating food, engaging with children and handling allergy forms.
Formal training in water safety, rescue response and responsibility in public environments.
Volunteered with younger students through DofE, using previous swimming experience to support technique and confidence.
Helped younger years during school swimming sessions by observing technique, giving guidance and supporting a safe, structured environment.
Worked on a time-limited mathematical modelling challenge, leading one question and supporting two others.
Currently preparing by learning SQL ahead of work experience, with the aim of using maths and code to build functional tools.
Bike
Custom performance, setup and progression.
Focused on jumps, control, confidence in the air and building a bike that feels playful but capable.
Riding with Sam has helped turn hesitation into commitment. The “if you do it, I’ll do it” mindset has pushed confidence on features where commitment matters.
Having someone there to push with makes progression more fun and gives both riders the confidence to try features they might avoid alone.
I upgrade parts based on how the bike feels, what improves confidence, and what suits the riding I actually do.

Progression
Progression, control and consistency.
Dips have been a consistent movement throughout my training, building pressing strength, control and weighted bodyweight progression.
Recently started deadlifting and reached 160kg early on, with the goal of progressing towards 200kg through consistent, controlled training.
Achieved in May 2026 at age 17 after breaking through a long plateau.
Progress has not always been linear, especially during long plateaus, but consistency has mattered more than quick jumps.
Numbers matter, but only when the lift is controlled and repeatable.
Training with Adam H has made progression safer, more competitive and more enjoyable.
Having one consistent person to train with creates routine, accountability and the confidence to push close to limits without doing it alone. Adam is usually about a plate ahead on many exercises, which creates something to chase while keeping training fun and structured.
I like finding my limits across different movements, while building the consistency and control to do it properly.
The discipline from training carries into school, projects and sport.
